Art Therapy
Art Therapy is a form of psychotherapy which uses creative tools such as drawing, painting, and sculpting to help children express their feelings - especially when words are hard to find.

It helps children express feelings they may yet be able to verbalize, build emotional awareness and resilience, and develop self-esteem and social connection.

Sessions are warm, playful, and guided by your child's interests. We begin each session with a gentle check-in, followed by open-ended exploration using materials such as clay, paint, markers, or collage. Children can create freely, with or without words. The focus is on the process, not on the product.

Harsheen observes how the child interacts with the art - what they choose, how they create - and supports emotional insight in a calm, respectful space. Her approach honours each child's pace, style, and ways of expressing themselves.
